The Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow users to learn about The Code, including its residences, accommodations, amenities, ownership opportunities, neighborhood, events, and related services.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Rental and Investment Information

The Site may describe the ability of residence owners to make their residences available through a professionally managed rental program or otherwise generate rental income when not personally occupying their residence.

Any statements concerning rental opportunities, income potential, occupancy, demand, investment performance, returns, expenses, or similar matters are provided for general informational purposes only and are not guarantees of future performance.

Actual rental results may vary significantly based on numerous factors, including market conditions, owner usage, occupancy, nightly rates, operating expenses, management fees, taxes, regulations, economic conditions, seasonality, and other circumstances.

4. Hotel Stays and Reservations

The Site may provide information about accommodations at The Code and links or functionality allowing visitors to book or inquire about hotel stays.

Hotel accommodations and reservation services may be operated or managed by third-party hospitality providers, including AvantStay.

Reservations may be subject to separate booking terms, cancellation policies, house rules, privacy policies, payment terms, damage policies, and other conditions imposed by the applicable hospitality provider or booking platform.

Those separate terms govern your reservation and stay and are in addition to these Terms.

The Code is not responsible for the acts, omissions, policies, systems, or services of third-party booking or hospitality providers except to the extent required by applicable law.

5. Availability and Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep the information on the Site accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, accurate, or error-free.

Pricing, residence availability, room availability, amenities, services, promotions, incentives, operating hours, specifications, events, and other information may change at any time without notice.

The Site may contain typographical errors, technical inaccuracies, outdated information, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct or update information at any time without prior notice.

Separate agreements relating to the purchase of a residence, participation in a rental management program, hotel reservations, events, or other services will govern those transactions to the extent they conflict with these Terms.
